Room & Vehicle Reservations

Parking at the LLC
- Departments: Visit RUDOTS website and follow the instructions to obtain the following parking permits, please note, these permits are for individuals who are NOT affiliated with the university:
- Special Programs and Non-Credit Class Parking
- One Day Visitor Parking
- Special Event Parking
- Visitors: Please contact the hosting department for parking details.

The LLC Emergency and Non-Emergency Action Plan establishes procedures for safely and effectively managing emergency and non-emergency situations. All staff are expected to follow the procedures outlined in this plan in order to ensure that staff and visitors are protected from any harm during emergency and non-emergency situations.
The Emergency Reference Guide is a concise, one-page document designed to provide quick and clear instructions on what to do in case of an emergency or non-emergency situation. This guide outlines essential steps and contact information to ensure the safety and well-being of staff and visitors. Keep this guide accessible to stay prepared and respond effectively to any situation.
The LLC Operations Manual provides comprehensive guidelines and procedures designed to support our mission. It covers essential aspects of facility management, emergency response, resource allocation, and staff responsibilities, ensuring that our team can effectively meet the needs of our staff and visitors.
The LLC classrooms are equipped with integrated audio-visual systems, including a Windows desktop, the ability to project from laptops or tablets, and seamless support for video conference calls.
