MISSION SHOWCASE

Mission Showcase Room 130

 

Capacity & Setup:

  • Standard seating of 80 guests, includes seating in alcove/nook areas
  • Space layout includes mostly round tables with some rectangular tables
  • Capacity can be increased to a maximum of 120 with additional tables and chairs (available upon request; fees apply)

Room Features:

  • Ceiling-mounted projector and screen
  • 8 additional TV monitors around the room
  • Integrated audio system (speakers)
  • Access to Rutgers-Wifi
  • Microphones (wireless or lavalier, maximum 2) available upon request and with a fee
  • Counter space near the entrance for materials or light catering
  • Additional counter space located in the rear alcove area
  • Space by the entrance of the room is available for catering setup or registration/welcome table

Important note:

The Mission Showcase space opens directly to the lobby and is not enclosed by doors. Some ambient noise from the lobby may be heard during high-traffic times.
