All event activities, including breakout sessions and small-group discussions, must remain within the room(s) reserved for your event. If additional space is needed, additional room(s) must be reserved in advance and are subject to availability and applicable rental fees. Unreserved rooms, classrooms, common areas, and shared spaces may not be used for event-related activities without prior approval.
