Room Reservations
Please note: Reservations at LLC are reviewed on a rolling 6-month window from the date of your event/program. DoCS Operations Team retains full discretion to approve, modify, or cancel reservations to maintain safety, compliance, and equitable access to facilities.
For Rutgers departments outside of the Division of Continuing Studies:

Before reserving a space, please make sure you have read our full list of policies in our Policies section of our page. A few important reminders:
Spaces and equipment managed by the DoCS Operations Team are reserved based on priority, availability, and operational considerations.
Reservations are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing by DoCS Operations.
We reserve the right to assign or reassign reservations based on group size, program type, and available space to ensure safe, appropriate, and optimal use of facilities.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details at the time of reservation. Failure to provide complete or timely information may result in reassignment, cancellation, or denial of future requests.
Large events should be requested as early as possible to allow sufficient time for review and space allocation.
