From basic presentations and professional development programs to hybrid meetings, workshops, and collaborative learning, the Lifelong Learning Center (LLC), offers technology and technical support to ensure a successful event.
Our spaces offer a range of presentation, audio, video, and hybrid meeting capabilities. Additional equipment and technical support are available based on your event's needs.
Presentation & Display Technology
Most of our classrooms and meeting spaces are equipped to support presentations, instruction, training, workshops, and meetings. Depending on the space, available technology may include:
- PC desktop computer
- Ceiling-mounted projectors and screens
- Display monitors
- Integrated audio systems
- Rear and/or front facing cameras

Audio & Microphones
Wireless Microphones
Wireless handheld and lavalier microphones are available for events requiring additional audio support. We currently have 2 wireless microphones and 1 lavalier available for the following rooms only:
- Room 130: Mission Showcase
- Room 144: Advanced Learning Classroom
Microphone Rates:
- Half Day Rate: $100 per microphone
- Full Day Rate: $200 per microphone
Podium
A podium is available for presentations, lectures, and formal events,
- $25 flat fee
Hybrid Meetings
The LLC offers Meeting OWLs with 360° camera technology to support hybrid collaboration in certain spaces. The system uses two 360° cameras to capture the entire room, helping remote participants see and engage with the people in the room.
Meeting OWL Hybrid Collaboration
- $350 flat fee
Includes:
- Two 360° cameras
- Setup and breakdown by Tech Support staff
Room setup requirement: The room must be configured in a U-shape or Hollow Square layout, and the $50 setup/breakdown fee will apply.
Technical Support
Some events require only a connection to the room's technology, while others benefit from dedicated technical assistance throughout the event. An LLC-designated Audio-Visual (AV) technician may be required to operate certain equipment. Applicable staffing charges will be assessed based on the equipment and services requested.
No Support - Level 0
- No Cost
- For clients who are comfortable connecting and operating their own devices to LLC classroom systems and network.
- No additional technical support is provided.
Basic Setup & Remote Support - Level 1
- $50/hour (1-hour minimum)
- Includes standard connection of end-user devices to LLC systems and network, performed by LLC Operation Team.
- On-call support is available for light intermediate technical troubleshooting for classroom and guest devices.
Intermediate A/V Support - Level 2
- $150/hour (1-hour minimum)
- Includes standard connection of end-user devices to LLC systems and network, performed by A/V Technician.
- Support may include:
- Intermediate to advanced technical troubleshooting
- Classroom and guest device support
- Auxiliary audio/video connection to LLC systems
- On-call technical support throughout your event
Advanced A/V Support & Full Event Coverage - Level 3
- $200/hour (full event coverage)
- Support includes:
- Dedicated senior-level A/V technical support for the setup, duration, and breakdown of your event
- Advanced technical troubleshooting
- Auxiliary audio/video connection to LLC systems as needed
Digital Signage
Elevate Your Event with Digital Visibility. Make your event easy to find and highly visible from the moment guests enter the Lifelong Learning Center. Our main lobby offers high-impact digital signage opportunities in one of the building's most visible and high-traffic areas. Digital signage can help welcome attendees, direct guests, and increase visibility for your event.
Digital Signage Guidelines
Digital signage is available only for events held in Lifelong Learning Center-managed spaces and is limited to the scheduled event day(s). All digital signage content is subject to approval by LLC Operations.
Submitted slides must include:
- Event name
- Event date
- Event location
- Sponsoring organization
- Contact information

- Exclusive Rate: $400/day
- Center Lobby Video Wall (4 screens) - Dynamic, high-visibility placement ideal for conferences, keynote speakers, and signature events.

- Exclusive Rate: $500/day
- Lobby Landscape Monitors (8 screens)
- Dimensions: 7680 x 1080
- Rotational Rate: $550/day

Rotational: Your event message appears as part of a rotating sequence of approved event slides, similar to a PowerPoint presentation.
Exclusive: Your event receives dedicated display time without other event slides rotating alongside it.
